Restobar Bayonne

The Basque Country is known for their delicious pintxos, simply put, these are snacks on a stick. Creativity is the only limit here and infinite combinations are possible. Meat, fish, vegetables, spices – you can’t imagine it that way or it can be found in (almost) every restaurant in the Basque Country.

At RestoBar Bayonne we serve dishes based on these pintxos but adapted to Dutch needs – smaller dishes prepared with passion by our chefs.

RestoBar Bayonne is our in-house restaurant open from 8am for breakfast. From 12 noon to 4 pm, Bayonne serves beautiful dishes from our lunch and drinks menu only, and between 5 and 10 pm you can enjoy a Basque-inspired dinner here.

What a wonderful place you imagine yourself in France perfect place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. We ordered breakfast on the sunny terrace and it is also beautifully decorated inside. Tasty croissant were particularly appreciated with top service, everything with a smile. Above the restaurant I would like to stay at la paulowna boutique hotel.
